In the capital’s Prampi Makara district on Sunday night, one man who had consumed a more than desirable amount of liquor decided to arm himself and do the rounds of the village, having it out with anyone his sober self might usually leave alone.

His targets fled, leaving a relative to try to restrain him. Villagers called police when said relative was thrown against a wall and knocked unconscious. The man confessed to having a drinking problem. NOKORWAT
