Lazy man executes lazy scam, too lazy to flee

A 27-year-old Dangkor district con artist took the money, but forgot to run last week.

A construction company driver, the man delivered materials to customers who paid him $2,000.

On returning to the company, the driver reported that he hadn’t received payment, but his suspicious boss uncovered the botched ploy with a few phone calls.
