Letter of the law used to nab alleged dealers

Two men were arrested in Phnom Penh’s Prampi Makara district on Saturday evening after suspicious bus station staff uncovered the incriminating contents of the envelope the pair had deposited there.

The envelope was stuffed with drugs, so district police asked the bus staff to phone the pair and lure them into returning.

Swallowing the staff line about a delayed bus, the pair returned for their stationary-sequestered stash and was immediately arrested.
