A 25-year-old man was arrested in Phnom Penh’s Por Sen Chey district on Saturday after injuring a tuk-tuk driver as he attempted to evade a fare.
The man reportedly lashed out at the driver when he refused to cough up cash for the ride before disappearing.
Unfortunately for the attacker, the aggrieved driver recognised him as living in a local pagoda and, after filing a complaint, led cops straight to him.
