Another suspected drunken driver seriously injured a motorcyclist yesterday, dragging the victim’s bike 50 metres along a street in the capital’s Daun Penh district before abandoning his car.

Police said the car was being driven in a way that suggested its driver had enjoyed a large night out before crashing into the motorcyclist, 30, knocking him out.

Police seized the car and the motorbike for further investigation. DEUM AMPIL
