Police said a man, arrested Tuesday, was part of a group of three who had threatened to hack a young woman into bits if she didn’t relinquish her moto.

Panicked, she surrendered the bike – then went straight to the police. A week later, one of the trio was spotted, sword in hand. Police are on the lookout for his cohorts. KOH SANTEPHEAP
