Liquid courage took a Koh Kong man too far in his quest for repayment on Sunday.

Police say the 23-year-old had been drinking heavily before he grabbed a length of iron and went to confront a neighbour in Dang Peng commune who owed him money.

He struck the debtor, causing serious injury, then moved on to destroy two motos and household appliances. Authorities arrived to detain the boozing bruiser to face charges.
