Lofty goal of $9 profit leads to dealer’s arrest

Police in Kandal province’s Sa’ang district reported apprehending a small-time meth dealer on Sunday after receiving a tip-off. Cops said they nabbed the man in possession with one of six bags of the drug, which he’d bought for $5 each in Phnom Penh and sold for $6.50.

The man was sent to court and had his personal effects confiscated. Cops are attempting to track down his associates. DEUM AMPIL
