Luck finally runs out for one lottery kingpin

The good times have come to an end for a Sen Sok district numbers racket. Inundated by complaints about the illegal lottery, capital police raided the local home that played host to it last Wednesday.

Predictably, the house, teeming with would-be winners, emptied in rapid fashion, with punters scrambling out the exits and down the street.

The homeowner and ringleader wasn’t so lucky however and has now been sent to court.
