Luck runs out for four running gambling den

An open-air gambling den in Kandal was shut down on Saturday, leading to the arrest of four people.

After receiving a tip-off that some illicit gaming was going down nearby, police sprang into action, and arrived at the location in time to catch the foursome in the act.

Lady Luck may have been smiling on the police that day, but she wasn’t quite so generous to the gamblers and their illicit enterprise.
