Luckless lovers left robbed by trio in park

A couple trying to enjoy a peaceful evening in a park were robbed by a gang of men in the capital’s Sen Sok district last week.

Police said the lovers were enjoying their evening, taking in the fresh air when three knife-wielding gangsters appeared behind them and demanded their phones and cash.

The couple handed over $50, their phones and a ring to the suspects, who fled the scene successfully.

The police are searching for the suspects, although the victims did not get clear looks at their robbers during the incident.
