Lucky escape for yet another bad driver

As is too often the case, it was the reckless motorist who walked away scot-free from an accident on Monday.

A father and son were driving their moto through Kandal’s Ponhea Leu district when they were hit by an oncoming speeding car.

Pitched from the moto, the father broke both legs and the 22-year-old son broke one. The suspect, who was reported by local news to be a military officer, was not arrested. KOH SANTEPHEAP
