Madcap robber pranks victims with fake gun

Getting robbed is bad enough, but being mocked for your trouble as well? That’s what happened to three garment workers headed home in the capital’s Chamkarmon district on Friday.

Police said a man took the trio’s purses, cash and phones at gunpoint only to then gleefully admit his gun was a fake and laugh in their faces before running off. Here’s hoping Phnom Penh’s finest have the last laugh. Deum Ampil
