Man’s past, police catch up to him in moto chase

A high-speed, six-kilometre police chase finally netted a 35-year-old who allegedly stole a moto in the capital’s Russei Keo district on Sunday.

A student reported the bike stolen and local police sprung into action, chasing down the culprit and finally catching him in Daun Penh.

The thief confessed to the crime, and as a bonus for police, several past felonies. Nokorwat
