Kandal province police had a hunch on Wednesday that the man they pulled over wasn’t fulfilling funeral plans when they found him carrying a dead dog.

After stopping the 52-year-old in Sa’ang district, cops checked the bag he was hauling and found the canine’s corpse.

Suspecting the dog had been trapped and killed, authorities arrested the scoundrel, confiscated his ride and took him downtown for questioning.
