Man gets drunk, decides others should get stoned

He who is without sin should cast the first stone, but one man in Sihanoukville decided not to wait for that guy to show up.

Police arrested a 30-year-old on Tuesday for throwing stones at random passersby. Authorities say it all started during a drinking bout involving wine and a friend.

They skipped out on the tab, and while walking down the street, the suspect hurled a few stones before police intervened and made the arrest. He was sent to court. DEUM AMPIL
