A motorist, 31, was badly injured in a road accident in Phnom Penh’s Dangkor district on Wednesday night.
Police said the man was riding alone and sped up to overtake another motorbike.
Because the motorbike in front was also speeding, the victim was unable to overtake in time before an approaching truck struck him.
