Man jailed after police foil planned axe attack

A man in Kampong Chhnang town almost turned to murder to enforce his personal space.

The suspect, arrested while walking purposefully with an axe, confessed that he was after a man who repeatedly came to the same coffee shop and touched his head with his hands.

The latest offence infuriated the suspect, who went to fetch his weapon. The serial toucher, realising his danger, vanished.

Police tried to cool down the fuming axe-man but ultimately had to arrest him.
