Silence is golden, one man learned in Kandal’s Koh Thom District yesterday. The man was allegedly beaten to a pulp by another man for apparently making too much noise, police said.

The suspect told police that he repeatedly asked the victim to refrain from shouting too loud but the victim refused to listen. Infuriated, the suspect then attacked the victim, leaving him with a bloodied face and nose. Police have arrested the suspect. CAMBODIA EXPRESS NEWS
