A man believed to be mentally ill was arrested on Monday for allegedly stealing a moto in Kampot’s Kampong Trach district. According to police, the man had a reputation for his child-like behaviour and, much like a child in a candy aisle, he reportedly couldn’t resist taking a motorbike he spotted on his way home from a concert.

He walked the bike into the forest, where he was found by police after the owner filed a complaint. Police are still determining whether to charge the suspect. KOH SANTEPHEAP
