Making a splash in more way than one, a capital garment worker was arrested by police on Sunday after spraying water on construction workers, then attacking them with a knife when they came to demand an apology.
The labourers were drinking in front of their dorm when the suspect drove through a nearby puddle and splattered them.
The day when the workers came to his house, the mudslinger opted for an upgrade and started swinging a blade, but police managed to swing a compromise with the feuding sides.
