Massage parlour owner held for service charges

Police didn’t mention how they got their evidence but claimed they collected enough to take down a capital massage parlour that was providing a few extra services to its customers.

Deciding on Tuesday was the right day to make the bust in Por Sen Chey district, cops came and arrested two of the building’s owners and six workers, aged 18 to 40. Noting that the place had stepped across the legal line, authorities took everyone down to headquarters to face charges.
