Kampong Speu police on Wednesday arrested two men for an alleged home invasion, in which they reportedly stole 10 million riel (about $2,500) from the homeowner at gunpoint.
The suspects, both 24, broke into a home in Kampong Speu’s Phnom Srouch district and tied up and beat the victim, demanding money while pointing an AK-47 at him, police said.
The pair then searched the home until they found the cash.Police found and arrested them and were questioning them as of yesterday.
