Meth heads reach for necklace, get handcuffs

Two jumped-up junkies’ jewellelry-snatching antics ended with them in police custody in Phnom Penh’s Tuol Kork district yesterday morning.

After snatching the necklace, their 51-year-old victim cried out for help, a cry that was quickly answered by capital cops.

After a brief chase, the perps were arrested, with police also finding a bag of meth in one suspect’s possession. The malfeasant meth heads are now being questioned by police.
