A 32-year-old drifter was nabbed by police in the capital yesterday for allegedly attempting to steal a motorbike from a government office - the second time he had allegedly pulled such a stunt.

On Monday, the suspect successfully managed to nab a moto from the Ministry of Finance and Economics.

The next day, he tried to snag a bike from the Immigration Department in Por Sen Chey district, but his good fortune didn’t hold out, and he was arrested by police.
