Misbehaving monks get busted for boozing

An impious pagoda party was ended by police when four monks and a layman were arrested for eating dinner and drinking beer in Kandal province’s Teuk Khlaing commune on Friday.

Nearby residents spotted the debauchery on holy grounds and made the call. After questioning, the brazen brothers were sent to the district head monk for punishment.
