Two teen “gangsters” were arrested on Friday after beating and stabbing another teenager in Phnom Penh’s Daun Penh district.

As is often the case in Blotter, tensions were fuelled at a party and escalated rather quickly. An exchange of words culminated in the victim spitting, he claimed, on the ground.

One of the perpetrators said the saliva actually struck his leg. After being beaten and stabbed, the victim was sent to hospital. Koh Santepheap
