Missing moto fishy to owner; thief arrested

An opportunistic burglar who attempted to take advantage of the New Year lull in Phnom Penh was arrested Monday after confessing to a home invasion and motorbike theft.

On Thursday night, the suspect allegedly broke into the home of a seafood seller, who had locked up to visit his family in Kampong Cham, and made off with the vehicle.

But after coming back to find the loss, the victim filed a complaint and cops soon caught up with the suspect. The bike was returned to its rightful owner. NOKORWAT
