Missing moto turns up with new owner in PP

A construction worker betrayed his colleague in Phnom Penh, reportedly stealing his motorbike for a week-long joy ride rent-free.

Last Friday, the victim locked his moto at his construction site but it mysteriously vanished overnight.

On Wednesday, he saw a suspiciously familiar moto being driven by a suspiciously familiar colleague.

Police took action, returning the motorbike to its owner and sending his former friend to jail.
