A bag-snatching duo got a free road-safety lesson in Phnom Penh’s Chamkarmon district on Wednesday, after their dash through an intersection was ended abruptly by a car.
Having grabbed the bag from a woman riding her motorbike home from work, the 19- and 21-year-old suspects sped away, only to collide with the vehicle and find themselves on the deck.
An angry crowd formed and dished out a few punches before police arrived to cart them away. KOH SANTEPHEAP
