Mob justice calls time on moto thieves’ careers

A moto thief was caught red-handed with a stolen bike, while his accomplice managed to flee, police in Kampong Speu said on Monday.

The duo unlocked a parked bike and one of the men drove it for five kilometres when they blew past its owner, who quickly called the nearby residents for help.

Villagers swarmed the alleged thieves, knocking down the man on the stolen bike, while his friend escaped on a separate bike he was driving.
