Mob to motorbike thief: Novocaine costs extra

A man kept his moto while its would-be thief lost some teeth on Wednesday in Phnom Penh’s Russey Keo district.

Police said a grocer had parked his bike in front of his home, but forgot to remove the key.

Three men on a moto pulled up, and one hopped onto the bike and tried to make his escape.

Spying the getaway from afar, the grocer called for help, and neighbours were able to stop the man and regain the bike, giving the alleged thief a few shots in the mouth for good measure.
