Moto-bandit ends up with bruises, no bike

Residents in Phnom Penh’s Daun Penh district took justice into their own hands Tuesday, in a mob attack on a bag snatcher that left the suspect badly beaten.

Police said the 33-year-old fell off his motorbike after the woman he was trying to rob fought back. Before the man could pick himself up, his victim’s screams had attracted a group of locals, who promptly dished out a hefty serving of retribution pie. KAMPUCHEA THMEY
