Moto breaks down right after someone steals it

A Banteay Meanchey moto thief will have time to ponder the fickle hand of fate after choosing poorly in his latest adventure in thievery.

Police said the 23-year-old made his move yesterday morning when a woman parked her bike outside a grocery store.

Seemingly easy pickings, the chosen motorbike quickly betrayed him, breaking down mere blocks from the scene of the crime. Police found him soon after at a local mechanic. NOKORWAT
