It was a dark and un-stormy night when a sudden tete-a-tete emerged between two motos in Preah Sihanouk district on Monday.

A moto driver travelling with a woman and 1-year-old child was driving in the dark and without proper lights when he was unexpectedly rammed by a fellow traveller at high speed.

Both drivers were rushed to hospital with serious injuries, but mother and child escaped unscathed.
