Moto driver shot in arm, makes escape on foot

Two suspects spoiled a man’s party after he was shot and seriously injured on Tuesday in Phnom Penh’s Por Sen Chey district.

The man, 30, was riding his moto after leaving a party when two men reportedly threatened him with a gun, asking him to stop.

Instead, the victim revved his engine and drove faster. The men shot him in the arm and he fell from his moto, but managed to escape to safety, police said.

Police continue to search for the suspects who wore masks during the incident. DEUM AMPIL
