Moto-stealing duo pick wrong target for heist

Two men were arrested on Monday in Tbong Khmum province after they plumped for the wrong person to try and steal a moto from: a market parking attendant.

If any moto’s going to be well watched, it would be that one, as the couple discovered. After first fleeing, the pair – aged 33 and 23 - was finally cornered by cops and arrested.

An inspection of their quarters revealed lock-picking tools, though the pair claimed this had been their first foray into crime.
