Police nabbed a pair of teens accused of stealing motorbikes in Phnom Penh’s Meanchey district early yesterday.
The 17- and 15-year-old suspects, both students, were in possession of one Suzuki motorbike and lock-breaking tools, which the police impounded as evidence.
The cops said that the youths had a third accomplice but he escaped before they could catch him.
