Moto thieves’ escape plan running on empty

Two men in Poipet committed one of the most elementary mistakes in a hit-and-run: forgetting to fill up their moto with enough gas.

According to police, a man was riding his moto on Sunday when the suspects, who were also on a moto, allegedly hit him on the head.

The victim fell and was bleeding profusely while both men attempted to rob his moto. With police in pursuit, the men drove at top speed to escape – right up until they ran out of gas. KOH SANTEPHEAP
