A moto unwatched is a moto stolen, man learns

A farmer got a lecture on heeding his valuables Tuesday after his moto was snatched by an opportunistic jobless man.

The Svay Rieng province farmer left his moto about 300 metres from where he was working when the passing suspect spotted and stole the wheels, according to police.

After a few hours, the 25-year old suspect was caught and confessed, saying that he was broke and unemployed. Nokorwat
