Motodop beats thief to the punch, beats thief

A distacted motodop won’t be so nonchalant about his parking job next time. On Thursday night, the motodop, 35, left his bike on the pavement in Phnom Penh’s Daun Penh district while he went to talk with his friends.

Just minutes later, a man allegedly jumped on the bike and attempted to escape. The motodop and his friends spotted the man in time to catch him and deliver a beating, with police intervening in time to save the unconscious robber. Rasmei Kampuchea
