Motodop falls for con artist’s switcheroo

A motodop was duped when he picked up a passenger in Banteay Meanchey’s Poipet district yesterday.

Claiming to have high blood pressure, the passenger persuaded the driver to let him switch seats and take control of the motorbike, even convincing the motodop to give up his helmet.

The passenger then dropped his phone and wallet, asked the motodop to pick them up and promptly sped off with the bike.
