Moving hot moto proves capital man’s undoing

A 22-year-old with a penchant for late-night hijackings was arrested by Russey Keo police yesterday morning.

The suspect had sprung upon his 21-year-old victim early the previous morning as she returned from work, appearing in front of her motorbike and delivering a swift blow before making off with the bike.

Police caught up with the thug when he attempted to flog the purloined vehicle at a local market, earning him a trip to the station, where he immediately confessed.
