Necklace bandit caught stealing from toddler

Tourists flocking to the Kep Sea Festival proved too much temptation for a chain snatcher in the seaside province last week.

Police said the 34-year-old was grabbed by local cops after using a pair of scissors to relieve a three-year-old child of her necklace.

She didn’t make it far before finding herself in cuffs, and subsequently confessed to pickpocketing in a spree that stretched from Kep to Takeo. Kampuchea Thmey
