Necklace thief needs to work on his timing

A farmer's finery is back where it belongs after Pailin police nabbed an 18-year-old thief on Wednesday. According to police, the woman had removed her necklace before heading out for a day in the fields, leaving an opening for the opportunistic teen.

Unfortunately for our young thief, the farmer spotted him leaving as she returned home and knew just where to point the authorities when she discovered the necklace, and $200 cash, missing. NOKORWAT
