Neighbour reacts to the sound of silence

Yesterday, it turns out, was the day the music died for a capital petrol vendor who had his loudspeaker stolen in Daun Penh district.

Cranking tunes via Bluetooth from his phone to keep the day moving, the owner was serving a customer when two men pulled up and accelerated off with his amplifier.

After he belted out for assistance people nearby helped apprehend one of the thieves who was handed over to police to face charges for killing the good vibes.
