Neighbour takes hack at conflict resolution

If you're going to quarrel with your neighbour, leave the machete at home. A police officer, 24, was hacked over an argument in Phnom Penh’s Por Sen Chey district on Sunday.

Police said the officer had stopped a fight between his son and his neighbour, 33, on Friday, but when the officer returned home on Sunday, he was ambushed and hacked in the back, arms, and legs.

The officer was sent to hospital and police are searching for the suspect. NOKORWAT
