In another case of friendship and betrayal, a 29-year-old Kratie town woman was arrested by police on Sunday after she allegedly cheated her pal out of a moto.

The suspect borrowed her friend’s moto, but failed to return it as promised. The five-year-long friendship waned when the victim reported the bike stolen.
