Nephew nabs uncle’s phone in family crime

If you're going to pinch someone’s phone, it’s a bit dumb to nick one belonging to a family member while another relative is looking on, but that’s what an 18-year-old in Phnom Penh’s Sen Sok district did on Sunday.

The victim of the theft was the youth’s 30-year-old uncle, who had left his Samsung S3 on charge as he slept.

But after being alerted by the suspect’s brother, who saw the crime, the older man shouted for village guards who nabbed the alleged culprit.
