‘Net user netted after scissor-wielding hold-up

A 21-year-old man was arrested Friday for allegedly robbing an internet cafe in Phnom Penh. Police said the man pretended to surf the net until only a female staff member was on duty.

When he found that they were alone, he took out a pair of scissors and attempted to rob the shop. Soon after, a customer entered the shop and shouted for help. Neighbourhood residents held the suspect until police arrived. KOH SANTEPHEAP
